OVER FIFTY YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE PROVIDING CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE REPRESENTATION IN FAMILY LAW & CIVIL MATTERS

Selecting an ADR

by | Apr 30, 2026 | Mediation & ADR

With many capable neutrals available, the question is not whether a matter can be mediated or arbitrated, but who is best suited to guide it to an efficient and credible resolution.

My experience as both a trial and appellate judge offers a perspective that is both practical and informed. I have resolved a wide range of disputes at the trial level and have also reviewed how those matters – and the records supporting them – are evaluated on appeal. That dual lens allows me to assist parties in realistically assessing risk while maintaining a disciplined and balanced process.

As a mediator, I am prepared, patient, and persistent. I work to clarify issues, test positions, and move parties toward resolution without compromising neutrality. As an arbitrator, I manage proceedings efficiently and render clear, well-reasoned decisions grounded in the evidence and governing law.

Equally important, I approach each matter with professionalism, respect for counsel, and a focus on delivering a process that clients view as fair, efficient, and worth repeating.
I would welcome the opportunity to be of assistance.
